Olayinka Ogedengbe, DNP, APRN, AOCNP, FNP-BC, a nurse practitioner with more than 11 years of oncology experience, earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in 2025 and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in 2019, graduating with high distinction.
Originally from Nigeria, Yinka has served UF Health patients since 2007. Certified in Oncology, with a focus in radiation oncology, which builds on her previous experience in medical oncology, her clinical expertise includes breast, thoracic, and gynecologic malignancies.
Yinka, a two-time recipient of the Advanced Practice Provider of the Year award for excellence in advanced practice care, has been recognized for her strong clinical judgment, compassionate patient-centered care, and dedication to improving oncology outcomes.
A devoted wife and mother who enjoys reading inspirational literature, watching football and action films, and leading a faith-driven life, Yinka is well-known for the warmth, resilience, and integrity she demonstrates to colleagues and patients.
Kathryn J. Warren, MPAS, PA-C
Cancer Survivorship Program Director and Advanced Practice Provider

A Florida native raised in Panama City, Katie Warren moved to Gainesville in 1999 to attend the University of Florida and remained in the city to continue her career serving UF Health patients.
Katie received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science in 2003, a Master of Science degree in applied Physiology and Kinesiology in 2005, and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the UF College of Medicine School of PA Studies in 2009.
From 2009 to 2021, Katie administered to patients in the Division of Hematology Oncology. She was promoted to Lead Oncology Advanced Practice Provider in 2013 and specialized in GU cancers, lymphoma, melanoma, and sarcoma.
Katie joined the Radiation Oncology team in 2021 and serves as the Cancer Survivorship Program Director for the UF Health Cancer Institute. In addition to her previous expertise, her current specialties include head and neck cancers and GI cancers.
She loves music and dance, gardening, and traveling, especially to concerts around the country.
