Latest Research from UF Radiation Oncologists Presented at the 2025 ASTRO Meeting

UF Radiation Oncology residents, physicians, and alumni attended the American Society for Radiation Oncology’s (ASTRO) 67th Annual Meeting at San Francisco’s Moscone Center from Saturday, September 27 to Wednesday, October 1.

This year’s event was organized around the theme, “Rediscovering Radiation Medicine and Exploring New Indications.” More than 2,500 abstracts were presented alongside educational panels, keynote addresses and other special programming.

Some 1,700 presenters and over 11,000 international radiation oncologists, medical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, radiation oncology nurses and nurse practitioners were expected.
