The North & South Florida Regions of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) presented the Florida Blood Cancer Conference on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the JW Marriott Orlando, Orlando, FL.

The conference is a free, in-person education event to blood cancer patients, survivors, family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, designed to educate conference participants about treatment options, emerging therapies, management of survivorship issues, and LLS resources.
Experts in the areas of blood cancer research, treatment, and survivorship presented information on each topic. UF Radiation Oncology Resident (PGY-3) Dani Martir, MD, (right) gave a talk on “Lymphoma High Grade and Hodgkin Lymphoma”.
“It was an honor to stand alongside patients, survivors, and caregivers affected by Hodgkin lymphoma and other high-grade lymphomas, and to be part of an event that uplifts, empowers, and brings hope to so many” said Dr. Martir. “This annual, free event hosted by the North and South Florida Regions of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society plays a vital role in supporting our community, and we were very pleased to support it.”
