Radiation Oncology Faculty to participate in Annual Multidisciplinary Symposium on Breast Disease

Dr. Julie Bradley and Dr. Paul OkunieffUF Radiation Oncology Department Chair Paul Okunieff, MD and Associate Professor Julie A. Bradley, MD will participate in the 27th Annual Multidisciplinary Symposium on Breast Disease, February 10-13, 2022, at the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton.

The conference, a program for physicians involved in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of breast cancer, will be presented in five sessions. Session I will focus on Breast Cancer Risk Factors, Sessions II and III will explore Advances in Breast Cancer Therapy, Session IV will look at current Breast Cancer Therapy, and Session V will close the program with Contemporary Issues in Breast Cancer.

As a part of Session IV’s talks, Dr. Bradley’s presentation will address hypofractionation and Dr, Okunieff  will discuss “The Status of Oligometastasis Ablations in Breast Cancer.” Both will participate in the session’s panel discussion.
