Residency Program Launches Virtual Introduction

UF Radiation Oncology is pleased to announce the release of a video introduction to its Physician Residency Program.

Created in partnership with UF Health Communications, the video features Associate Professor and Residency Program Director Anamaria R. Yeung, MD; Robert J. Amdur, MD, Rodney R. Million Professor of Radiation Oncology; and Fantine Giap, MD, Second-Year Physician Resident.

“Given the current challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic presents for prospective residents, we wanted to provide a brief, virtual tour that highlights the strengths of the program, our talented faculty and staff, and the beauty of the area,” said Dr. Yeung.

One of the oldest radiation oncology residency programs in the United States, the University of Florida Radiation Oncology Residency Program is rated a top 15 Radiation Oncology Program on Doximity (2020-21) and has produced some of the most well-known and respected experts in the field.
