The UF Health Radiation Oncology – Davis Cancer Center, home to the Radiation Oncology team and the College of Medicine’s Department of Radiation Oncology, announces the completion of its $1.5 million renovation project (new Reception area shown left).
The improvements enhanced waiting, pathway and work areas as well as exam rooms, providing a better experience for patients and functionality for staff.
“The Davis Cancer Center opened nearly 30 years ago, so we needed to update our primary clinical patient areas,” said Enzo Centofanti, Administrative Director.
Improvements included an aesthetically pleasing, less clinical presentation for patients that will offer a warmer, more welcoming environment for treatment.
