Dr. Julie Bradley, a member of the Department of Radiation Oncology based at the UF Proton Therapy Institute, was awarded a $50,000 grant by the Ocala Royal Dames for her study, “Prospective Pilot Study of Early Markers of Radiation-Induced Cardiac Injury in Patients with Left-Sided Breast Cancer Receiving Photon or Proton Therapy.”
